Simba is wounded, but leaps up a river dam to protection, creating a few logs drop on Kovu's brother Nuka, who tried to end him from escaping and dies from his accidents. Kovu is blamed for his Demise, and Zira strikes Kovu with her claws and provides him a scar about his eye that resembles Scar
